From police officer to life coach: my journey from rupture to rebirth

For 15 years, I served as a police officer, living in a world defined by discipline, achievement, and high functioning performance. I was praised for my strength, resilience, and ability to handle pressure.

Then everything changed.

Becoming pregnant shifted my life, and a near-death experience during childbirth shattered the identity I had built. That sequence: motherhood, rupture and revival l became the ignition point for my personal transformation.

Leaving a High Achieving Life Behind

Resigning from the police was one of the hardest decisions I’ve ever made. For years, I measured myself by accomplishment and resilience. But the change in my life circumstances led me to ask:

Who am I beyond achievement?
What is my purpose outside of strength and success?

This breaking open became the start of a rupture to rebirth journey, leading me to explore practices and wisdom that aligned with my body, mind, and spirit.

Discovering My Golden Thread

Through this journey, I found a golden thread weaving through the chaos:

  • I trained in womb yoga and became a rest facilitator, reconnecting deeply with my body and intuition.

  • I wrote two books and began supporting women one-on-one, helping them navigate identity shifts.

  • I fell in love with astrology, seeing the guidance hidden in my life’s twists and turns.

Today, I stand as a new version of myself, holding space for women who are breaking open, helping them move from the death of an old identity into a fully embodied, authentic self.

Who I Work With

I work especially with women who:

  • Built themselves through achievement

  • Lived in high functioning, demanding environments

  • Were praised for their strength

  • And then were cracked open

If this resonates, know this: your rupture is not the end. It is the gift opening you up to more purpose, living and loving.

The Rupture to Rebirth Journey

  1. Rupture: Life breaks your old identity: it could be motherhood, loss, illness, or a wake-up call.

  2. Reflection: You pause, heal, and notice your patterns.

  3. Reclaim & Rebuild: You explore new practices, creativity, or spirituality.

  4. Integration: Old strength meets new wisdom; you emerge whole, embodied, and guided.

You are not lost. This is the turning point.
