Navigating life transitions and identity shifts
Outgrowing who you were and not yet knowing what comes next
Making sense of change when nothing feels stable or familiar
I left the police service after 15 years as a detective, working closely with the complexities of human behaviour and crisis.
Following a near death experience, my work shifted from understanding external rupture to exploring internal transformation. I became a facilitator of wellbeing and embodied awareness, working with individuals and groups navigating turning points.
Over time, I began documenting my own process of recalibration, an inquiry that became the foundation for two published books.
Today, I work with women navigating life transitions, identity shifts, and moments of deep personal change.
I create space to slow down, reflect, and make sense of what is happening internally so that you can reconnect with yourself and move forward with clarity and truth.
Alongside my 1:1 work, I co-facilitate group workshops using voice, breath, movement, and reflection to support embodied awareness and communication.
My work has been shared through podcasts, digital platforms, BBC radio, and live performance, including the adaptation of my book The Book of Revelations into a one-woman show, I Am Sophie Leone.
I live between France and the UK with my partner and children.
